All Stiles is Equipped with the most advanced Northwood CNC and waterjet machine technologies which allows us to make completely accurate cutting and edges in a timely manner.

CNC Machining Centers and Sawjets are used to produce countertops made of 2cm and 3cm granite, quartz, marble engineered stones, and other natural stones. We have the machinery to provide CNC high-torque SmartSaw with PowerTilt for mitered cuts/edges as well as high-pressure CNC waterjet equipment.

Most Advanced Fabrication

Fabricating countertops is a complex process that requires skilled craftsmen using the correct material and equipment.

Slabs vary in size but often measure 6’ x 9’ or larger, weighing more than 1,000 pounds each, but with our state of the art machinery we are able to handle completely customized projects, no matter how complex. Counter top sections are finished with the required edge detail with a special edging machine and frequently hand polished.

Stone fabrication is not only very labor and capital intensive, but also requires specialty safety equipment to protect operators at all times. It is best to leave templating, cutting and installation to a professional stone fabricator such as All Stiles.
